Removing Negativity From Your Life

Removing Negativity From Your Life

Cancelling bad vibes isn't always easy, in fact, it's usually a process. The list below is some of the easier ways to get rid of negativity, however. So please remember whether easy or not, we must use patience and persevere to accomplish things as such. Things will get better in due time!

Self Control It's definitely not an easy thing to remove from our daily routines because most of the time we don't realize we're in control of ourselves or rather, other people. Starting with this, if we learn to look beyond what we expect of ourselves, others, and everything around us, we will start to see clarity. Barriers can be removed without any hinderance if we take in stride to how our emotions affect the atmosphere around us.

Perfection Perfection can alter the entire mood of our bodies. It can seep into our minds and destroy positive thoughts or outcomes. We need to be aware of our behavior and resist the tendencies our minds have blinded us to. Simply remove the shades from your eyes and notice how blessed you are despite not having everything quite in an orderly fashion.

Praise It's okay to falter upon negativity once and a while; it's because we need to recognize that out of the negative and positive, there is growth. Accomplishing things is a great feeling to all, however, always needing to feel good about completing a task is the least bit helpful. If you are stressing out about getting a good score on something, having trouble focusing, or even worried about cramming something into your schedule last minute, chances are it wont accomplish much at all, if not, very little. Take a deep breath and step back a moment. Praise for all your efforts wont be recognized if there is nagging in the back of your brain telling you otherwise. Go at things slowly and admire yourself for doing just the little bit you have done so far. Small steps will take you many more miles than if you're running because by then, you wont have a chance to notice the scenery and the details of how plans are formed.

Self Destruction There's so much to be said about keeping to yourself. Is it right? Is it wrong? Answers may vary. When it comes to keeping content though, it's not always the best idea. If negative thoughts are spewing inside it's a good thing to let them out. If talking to someone is out of the question, write it out on paper or use any art form to express your inner dialogue. Perhaps you have good ideas inside that are making you giddy! Write those down or find a way to share them so you're freeing the body of any harm. Self destruction comes when we hide away thoughts and feelings (good and bad) so it's only a good option to let them out and not be pressed about them ever again.

Resting There should be no guilt when it comes to removing entities from our systems. Rest on the fact that we human beings need to grow and shape ourselves appropriately for the future. It's like creating a promise to ourselves for the common good. Take more steps forward than backward. Don't look back because you will only miss on what's ahead. And resting, that is a soundly thing to do, as long as we don't remain stagnant.

Connectivity Helping others and looking out for their best interest is fine and dandy. When it becomes certain we are only on the lookout for their benefit, it's no longer theirs but yours. Connectivity is a thing most humans cannot live without; we long for human contact with others. Be sure to keep yourself in tact before leaning on somebody and or reaching out to them. If you aren't fully engaged in yourself and your purpose to help others, and know of their needs and purpose too, then the connection will lose itself. Self awareness and tolerance go both ways for both parties. Choose to be respectful and set boundaries that don't go over the line, but rather, share each other. Self control is an aspect in connectivity and being mindful is a good way to begin looking out for one another.
